Career Guidance for Students

Career guidance is essential for students who face confusion when deciding among various career options. The uncertainty surrounding career selection often makes it challenging for students to identify the best path. Effective career guidance helps students explore their interests, understand their potential, and make informed career decisions. To support this, each student is assigned a Guardian Faculty Member (GFM) or mentor who addresses their academic and career-related challenges, ensuring personalised assistance.

Campus Recruitment Training

Our Campus Recruitment Training program is a comprehensive initiative designed exclusively for graduate students. It prepares them for recruitment in diverse companies by equipping them with the skills required for internships, training, and placements. This program also provides support for those pursuing higher studies or entrepreneurship, ensuring students are ready for various professional opportunities.

Practical Learning

We emphasise experiential learning to provide students with hands-on exposure to management principles.

This is achieved through :
  • Internship Programs: Mandatory internships ensure students gain real-world experience by applying management theories to practical scenarios.
  • Live Projects: Collaborations with industry partners allow students to address real business problems, fostering innovation and practical skills.
  • Workshops and Seminars: Regular events provide insights into current trends and practices in management, enriching the learning experience.
Feedback and Evaluation

Continuous feedback and evaluation are integral to our educational approach, ensuring consistent improvement and growth.

Key elements include:
  • Regular Assessments: Quizzes, tests, and assignments are conducted frequently to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Student Feedback: Anonymous feedback mechanisms enable students to share their experiences, contributing to curriculum refinement.
  • Faculty Evaluation: Teaching methods and materials are regularly reviewed based on student input, ensuring alignment with educational goals.
Student Engagement Strategies in Management Education

Personalised attention is a cornerstone of our teaching methodology, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment for learning. Key strategies include:

  • Dedicated Consultation Hours: Faculty members offer specific times outside of regular lectures to address student queries, provide academic advice, and offer mentorship.
  • Tailored Guidance: Customised academic and career counselling is available to meet individual student needs and aspirations.
  • Mentorship Programs: Each student is paired with a mentor who guides them in overcoming academic challenges and making informed career decisions.
