Step 1: Admission Notification

• The University announces the admission cycle on its website, notice boards, newspapers, and other public platforms.

Step 2: Application Submission

• Fill out the application form with accurate details and attach all required documents.

Step 6: Enrollment Confirmation

• Once all documents and fees are submitted, you will be assigned a University enrollment number.

Step 3: Shortlisting & Selection

• Shortlisting based on Bachelor's degree marks, Personal Interview, Portfolio Review, and Statement of Purpose (SOP).

Step 4: Provisional Admission (If Awaiting Results)

• You can apply even if your final Bachelor's results are pending. Submit final mark sheet within one month.

Step 5: Application Rejection Scenarios

Application may be rejected if eligibility not met, fee not paid, form incomplete, or documents not submitted on time.

Original documents and FOUR sets of attested photocopies are required at the time of admission:

• Bachelor's Degree Marksheet (all semesters/years)
• Bachelor's Degree Certificate
• Class 12 Marksheet (HSC or equivalent)
• Class 10 Marksheet (SSC)
• School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate
• Nationality Certificate
• Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhar Card (Photocopy)
• Entrance Exam Score Card (if any – NID DAT, UCEED, etc.)
• Advanced Portfolio of Creative Work (mandatory for M.F.A.)
• Statement of Purpose (SOP)
• Letters of Recommendation (2 – academic/professional)

If Applicable:

• Caste Certificate with Category
• Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (valid)
• Migration Certificate (for boards other than M.S. Board)
• Eligibility Certificate (for boards other than M.S. Board)
• Income Certificate
• Gap Certificate
